Philosophy & Approach

Everyone charged with a crime deserves a devoted attorney who will investigate the evidence and delve into the details to uncover a possible defense. Through years of representing clients, Patrick has found that a relentless investigation and questioning of evidence, coupled with the best possible mitigation is necessary in each and every case. He excels by helping his clients find the best possible outcome for their individual situation.  He understands that it is necessary to not only use the tried and true methods, but to constantly explore new ways to defend his clients. He has gained a reputation as a tough criminal defense attorney who is prepared to fight for the rights of each client.

Never taking the easy way out, Patrick believes the best outcomes are reached when a case is viewed from the perspective of all those involved. He also believes that hard work should be rewarded, and that everyone deserves a second chance. He applies this philosophy to each case he takes on in order to help his clients maximize their hard work and justify a second chance. Patrick works to keep his clients fully infomed about the law, the possibilities of their case, and the effect an outcome might have on their livelihood.
